Job Description:
A company is looking for an Investor Relations and Corporate
Development Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze business and financial information to inform
narratives for investors and analysts
Support corporate development M&A and investment processes,
including financial analyses and due diligence
Collaborate with various teams to ensure accuracy of financial
performance figures and external messaging
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or
strategic finance
Strong familiarity with financial modeling and valuation
Self-motivated with a history of expanding roles and delivering
business results
Bachelor's degree
Flexibility to travel as needed
