The Senior Director, US Marketing will be the functional lead for the Biosurgery Platform US Marketing Team and will report directly to the VP, Marketing and be a member of the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT). The Senior Director, Marketing will oversee the development/execution/delivery of all US Marketing strategies, business plans, and all aspects of commercial execution including customer & market insights, branding, market segmentation, product positioning, KOL engagement, channel strategies, forecasting and pricing for the full Biosurgery portfolio of products.
  The primary responsibilities include:
  • Drive cohesive Biosurgery Product strategies, called S-Factors/Hemostasis Optimization, building and managing C-Suite relationships with key customers, and partnering with the SAM organization on the Platform Contract Strategy.--
  • Partner closely with Field Sales leadership and critical internal stakeholders including Sales Planning Operations, Professional Education & Sales Training, & all support functions (IT, Finance, HR) to ensure consistency in communication with the Sales force.--
  • Act as Ethicon business lead for DePuy Synthes collaboration which includes all cross functional leadership for both Ethicon's Biosurgery and Wound Closure platforms.
  • Responsible to reach financial targets within specified budgets and timeframes.
  • This person will ensure applicable company compliance with all relevant country and regional requirements, company regulations, policies and procedures.
  • This person is responsible for talent management and building critical marketing capabilities amongst the marketing organization.
    Qualifications
    
    • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred
    • 12+ years relevant business experience is required
    • 5+ years marketing experience is required
    • 3+ years direct people management, supervisory and/or project management experience in a cross functional environment is required.
    • Knowledge of medical devices surgical procedures is preferred.
    • Regional marketing, global strategic marketing and sales leadership experiences strongly preferred
    • Ability to travel up to 30% both domestic and international required.
