  • Disseminate seasonal project timelines and drive collaborative creative processes internally
  • Update internal status documents and inform regions/stakeholders of key date changes
  • Responsible for executing creative projects related to global brand campaigns/platforms and global paid media campaigns
  • Develops creative briefs for all brand campaigns for internal or agency execution
  • Leads kick-off meetings and internal creative reviews with creative team, unless otherwise determined
  • Responsible for implementing yearly and/or seasonal global paid media photo shoots (if needed)
  • Works cross-functionally with the Brand, PR, and Media teams, and the BU's to develop and release monthly / seasonal creative supporting brand initiatives
  • Work closely with regions to ensure that global guidance is executed effectively through routine calls, travel, and sharing best-practice documents
  • Supports in the development of key planning/strategy/budget decks
  • Oversees client status calls, presentations, etc. (Depending on size of project, manager should lead conversations, prepare for all agenda/materials for the discussions as well as write and send call notes/recaps)
  • Be proactive in regards to projects, timelines, issues, etc. Bring items to your supervisor before he/she asks you about it
  • Manage KPI feedback loop for all major campaigns with global and regional counterparts
  • Anticipate feedback and potential concerns, and develop solutions or support to justify
  • Keeps leadership in the loop on any opportunities, challenges/obstacles
    • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
    • 7+ years project management experience within an in-house creative or agency, retail/ Sports industry background is a plus
    • Expert communication, organizational, written, and verbal skills.
    • Leadership capabilities, including ability to manage, motivate and mentor others within work group
    • Works well under pressure with proven ability to deliver work on schedule
    • Strong management skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects and resources simultaneously.
    • Understanding of the creative workflow and process (experience in design and/or production is a plus)
    • Ability to lead cross functional teams
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate with creative talent
    • Experience managing internal workflow of multidisciplinary campaigns.
    • Strong knowledge and experience with relevant project management and design tools (Adobe Cloud), as well as a proficiency in MS Office
    • Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
    • Entrepreneurial in spirit and energy with creativity and ability to think out of the box
    • Ability to function autonomously and in a cooperative, diverse group
    • Tremendous attention to detail, and extraordinary time-management skills
