Job Description:
Cargill is seeking a dedicated Plant Maintenance Technician to
join our engineering team focused on maintaining and optimizing
operations within our food and beverage production facilities. This
role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our
production equipment and systems to support our commitment to
nourish and sustain the global community. The technician will play
a key role in minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity
through proactive maintenance and timely repairs. Perform routine
and emergency maintenance of all plant machinery and infrastructure
to ensure operational efficiency Inspect, diagnose, and repair
mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Collaborate with the
production team to make recommendations for improvements and
upgrades Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work,
including repairs and replacements Comply with all safety, health,
and environmental regulations and practices within the facility
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to
read and interpret technical documents and schematics Proficient
with hand and power tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
