A leading developer and operator of mission-critical facilities is seeking two experienced Lead Superintendents to oversee large-scale construction projects at their flagship sites in Boston and Lowell, MA. Client Details This company is a privately held developer and operator of some of the most advanced data centers in the country, with flagship sites in Boston and Lowell, MA. Description Lead Superintendent - Data Center and Large Scale Commercial - $170k - Responsibilities Lead site operations for large-scale technical projects from groundbreaking through completion. Coordinate a field team of 7 and manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control. Report directly to the Executive VP and work closely with in-house project teams and stakeholders. Maintain site documentation and workflows using Procore , Microsoft Project , and standard office software. Profile Lead Superintendent - Data Center and Large Scale Commercial - $170k - Will have 8-10 years as a Superintendent in commercial or institutional construction. Proven experience managing complex, MEP-heavy projects valued at $50M . Massachusetts CSL license (required for permitting). Strong background in data centers, healthcare renovations, clean rooms , or high-tech infrastructure. Must be local or willing to commute to Boston or Lowell; no hybrid/remote option.
