Job Description:
This Superintendent role offers the opportunity to lead field
operations on a $60M ground-up Police/Fire Station project in
Taunton, MA. The ideal candidate will oversee site logistics,
manage subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered safely,
on time, and to high-quality standards. Client Details This

Description The Superintendent will be responsible for Oversee all
field operations ensuring timelines, quality, safety, and
specifications are met Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site
labor Enforce compliance with safety, cost, and quality standards
Manage site logistics and update overall project schedule Lead
weekly foreman and safety meetings Attend owner meetings and
provide regular project updates Profile The successful candidate
will have 3-7 years of field leadership experience Experience in
public work, K-12, academic, or large-scale renovation/ground-up
projects preferred Comfortable on fast-paced, complex projects from
$20M to $100M Massachusetts Unrestricted Supervisor's License
(Required) Experience using Procore Associate's or Bachelor's in
Construction Management or related field (Preferred) Job Offer The
Superintendent will receive Base Salary: $150K-$175K Bonuses:
$2K-$5K for on-time delivery discretionary performance bonus (up to
$7.5K or 10% of base) Benefits: 100% health coverage, 401K with 8%
contribution, $500/month vehicle allowance PTO: 2 weeks to start 5
