A growing general contractor is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to join their Commercial Select Projects Division, focused on managing and estimating design-build projects ranging from $1M-$10M. This is a fully office-based role supporting projects throughout southern Maine, with the opportunity to work directly with architects, clients, and project teams from concept through closeout. Description Project Manager/ Estimator - Commercial Projects - $100k - Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle project management and estimating on commercial projects ($1M-$7M typical range) Coordinate with architects, owners, and consultants during design-build phases Lead and mentor a Project Engineer/Assistant PM Manage subcontractor scopes, scheduling, and budgets using Procore Develop accurate cost estimates and participate in client proposals and presentations Profile Project Manager/ Estimator - Commercial Projects - $100k - Will have 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a mix of project management and estimating Experience working with a general contractor (not subcontractors) Proven background managing design-build coordination with clients and architects Estimating experience on projects $1M Familiarity with Procore Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills Must be commutable to Portland, Maine Job Offer Project Manager/ Estimator - Commercial Projects - $100k - Will receive Base Salary: $85,000-$100,000 Bonus Plan: Includes participation in a company-wide ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision Team: Reports to the Director of Operations, overseeing one APM/PE MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
