Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

involves working within school environments primarily located in
New Britain, CT, with some travel required to various educational
settings. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students
strengths and challenges. Collaborate with general education
teachers, support staff, and families to enhance the learning
experience. Utilize specialized instructional strategies to support
students with disabilities. Monitor student progress and adjust
teaching methods accordingly. Maintain accurate records and comply
with all regulatory requirements related to special education
services. Participate in team meetings, professional development,
and parent conferences. Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
State certification or licensure in Special Education. Experience
working with students who have a wide range of disabilities,
including intellectual, emotional, and physical challenges. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with
students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to adapt lessons and
activities to meet diverse learning needs. Willingness to travel
within the region to serve multiple school sites as required.
Location: Based primarily in New Britain, CT, with travel to
