So a day in the life of a Solutions Engineer is very different, every single day. So we'd go from having deal reviews with our sales reps to get full context of the deal, we would then help them out maybe with a technical discovery or if not a demo, to be able to support them as much as we can in closing that deal. Our main responsibility is everything that the prospect wants to do to make sure that it's technically possible. We'd also collaborate quite closely with the product team to make sure that any new product launches are rolled out smoothly to our team, and test out new betas. For example, send back feedback to the product team and also any kind of feedback that we collect on our calls with our prospects. That's sent back as well, so we're constantly improving our product.
