Job Description:
Integration Operations Engineers at Clockworks provide key
functions to interface with our client building automation, SCADA,
and other data systems. These engineers focus on readying client
sites to connect to Clockworks, supporting the onboarding team in
integration issues, supporting our Service Engineers in keeping
sites connected, and troubleshooting sites that have gone offline
or have communication issues. This role reports to the Integration
Operations Manager who is responsible for the overall operations
related to getting and keeping our sites connected. About

Responsibilities INTEGRATION ONBOARDING SUPPORT (60%) The
Integration Operations team will be responsible for readying client
sites to connect with Clockworks, including gaining access,
conducting discovery, assessing network health, configuring our
gateway software for connecting, uploading configuration metadata
to Clockworks, and generally ensuring we can connect the data from
client BAS to the Clockworks cloud platform. This includes
activities such as the following: Working with end clients to gain
remote access to their BAS Conducting BAS discovery to collect BAS
device and points lists for use by the team Working with end client
IT organization to clear roadblocks to integration such as firewall
settings, proxy settings, BACnet network configuration changes, and
other hurdles Creating data source upload files from the BAS device
lists Creating BAS configuration (BMS Info) files for the client
BAS Installing the Clockworks Connection gateway (or Data Transfer
Service DTS) INTEGRATION SUPPORT (40%) The Integration Operations
team will be responsible for ensuring client sites stay connected,
including monitoring sites that go offline, escalating issues with
downed sites to the appropriate internal and external points of
contact, troubleshooting issues related to offline data sources,
and generally reconnecting data sources that have gone offline.
This includes activities such as the following: Reviewing data
sources that have gone offline Troubleshooting offline data sources
and data transfer services Installing new and upgrading data
transfer service gateways Supporting the Lead Service Engineers in
resolving offline data sources Qualifications: ? Strong technical
troubleshooting skills ? Enjoys problem solving ? Quick study,
self-motivated, and focused ? Ability to juggle multiple
responsibilities and prioritize deliverables. ? Able to produce
concise design documentation ? Experience with automated unit and
functional testing tools, and the ability to write and execute test
plans Experience with: ? Building Automation Systems such as
Schneider Electric Ecostruxure, Siemens Apogee or Desigo, JCI
Metasys, Honeywell EBI, Tridium Niagara, Delta Controls, or others
? Data protocol integration including but not limited to: BACnet,
TCP/IP, Modbus, LON, OPC, I/Net, I/A, Vista, and OBIX. ? Wireshark
troubleshooting ? Console and Windows Applications ? Web Services ?
RDP and VPN clients. ? Networking: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, UDP, Ports,
Protocols, and Security. ? Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Express,
MSSQL
