About the Role: Join Innovative Machine as a CNC
Machinist/Programmer and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to
precision and quality. In this exciting role, you'll leverage your
skills to create intricate parts that meet our high standards and
exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities: Set up and operate
CNC machines to produce high-quality components. Read and interpret
blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files. Program CNC machines
using G-code and M-code for optimal performance. Conduct quality
inspections using precision measuring tools. Troubleshoot and
resolve issues with machining processes. Maintain a clean and safe
work environment. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve
manufacturing processes. Document production processes and maintain
accurate records. Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC
Machinist/Programmer with strong programming skills. Proficiency in
reading blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with CNC
machining tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and
commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of
a team. Knowledge of safety protocols in a machining environment.
