Ensure proper version control, approval workflows, and change

setting. Strong understanding of training program lifecycle
management, from needs analysis through design, delivery, and

and tools for compliance documentation. Experience developing or
managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management
skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality. Demonstrated
ability to collaborate with technical experts to translate complex
concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences. Commitment to
safety, compliance, and workforce development as foundational
pillars of manufacturing excellence. Above and Beyond
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional

aerospace, aviation, or regulated manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with FAA, OSHA, or AS9100 training and compliance
frameworks. Proven ability to design and manage competency-based
learning pathways for technical teams. Skilled in applying modern

areas, climbing stairs, and observing operations while adhering to
safety requirements. May require occasional lifting of materials up
to 25 pounds (e.g., training materials, equipment, or records).
