Products Department is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer with
strong mixed signal PCB design skills. Our digital electronic
system designs include signal processing, command and control,
communications, and user interfaces for military applications.
Engineer will work with a highly motivated team environment and
collaborate with cross-functional project teams making up a larger
program or support internal research and development efforts. Our
engineers are assigned to a manager of approximately 20 employees
with similar skills. This position is 100% ONSITE in Marlborough,
MA. What You Will Do Design embedded processor circuit boards using
CAD tools Work with a team of engineers developing designs based on
modeling and simulations Work with Systems Engineers and other
development team members in translating system performance and
operational specifications into hardware requirements, design, and
test specifications Help drive projects and execute to program
schedules on time and budget Lead small teams and mentor junior
engineers Demonstrate self-motivation, with little supervision
Support internal and external technical reviews Qualifications You
Must Have Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or
equivalent STEM discipline Minimum eight (8) years of professional
experience in the design and implementation of mixed signal
electronic circuits and systems Experience implementing high speed
memory (DDR) and high speed circuit (ie. PCIE, 100GbE) designs
Signal Integrity analysis skills including experience using tools
such as Hyperlynx SI Experience using Power Integrity analysis
tools such as Mentor’s Hyperlynx PI Qualifications We Prefer
Fielding and troubleshooting a variety of systems including custom
designed processor and/or FPGA based circuit boards Experience
constructing test and integration plans for circuit boards
Experience using engineering CAD tools such as Mentor Graphics
Xpedition Designer for the design of complex circuit board
assemblies Experience working in a laboratory environment using
logic analyzers and oscilloscopes to test and verify the functions
of digital and mixed signal circuits and systems Embedded system
design experience utilizing microprocessors and microcontrollers
along with C code based programming FPGA development or
verification skills using SystemVerilog, OVM, or VHDLE What We

salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
