an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Contracts supporting the
Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) Program within
the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit
(SBU). This position focuses on proposal activity and contract
execution for the LTAMDS product line. The portfolio includes both
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)-based domestic and Foreign
Military Sales (FMS) contracts with the US Army. This role will be
an integral part of the business teams, supporting strategic
solutions, and providing dynamic recommendations for proposal,
negotiation, and execution issues. The candidate should be an
effective communicator, highly motivated, and well-organized who
enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Our

domestically and abroad. What You Will Do Provide sound skills to
meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives, and comply
with company policies Perform as key contributor during the
pre-proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and start
up phases of programs Analyze Requests for Proposal (RFP),
development of proposals, proposal reviews and coordination,
negotiation, contractual agreements, contracts execution, and
contract administration Work closely within cross-functional teams
to construct, submit, and negotiate Terms and Conditions and
pricing proposals Effectively manage scope and terms and conditions
to ensure work is performed to the overall contract Provide
guidance regarding contractual and business issues, advising
management of contractual rights and obligations as well as
possible mitigation of contractual / program risks Establish and
maintain effective working relationships with customers and
internal partners Some domestic travel required to customer
locations Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years
prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
and minimum 5 years' experience Experience with one or more of the
following: Contracts Administration, Program Management, Supply
Chain Management, or Finance Experience with US Government
contracts Qualifications We Prefer Demonstrated ability to develop
effective relationships with customers and internal partners based
on understanding, teamwork, and trust Professional, effective
written, and verbal communication skills to interface with all
levels of internal and external customers; thorough analytical
skills; excellent interpersonal skills; be adaptable to a variety
of business situations Experience working in an exciting
environment and ability to multi-task across multiple programs and
demonstrated record of responsiveness with excellent time

salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
