to shape, lead and grow our customer lifecycle marketing practice.
This team is responsible for driving growth across the customer
journey --- from adoption to loyalty to expansion to advocacy.You
will be a connector, fusing marketing programs, customer success
tactics and product-led growth to ignite value realization and
accelerate expansion.You will communicate and act on a strategic
level, while also working hands-on to define, execute and analyze
programs. Success in this role will be measured in revenue terms,
contributing directly to renewal and upsell success. And, you---ll
have a chance to build a world class customer marketing practice
and team to achieve those goals --- growing our community, engaging
customers through our product, telling our story through advocates,
and whatever big ideas you can dream up.Reporting to our CMO, this

next-level leadership skills.Responsibilities:Lead customer
lifecycle marketing team and practice --- Establish customer
marketing as a world-class discipline with the team, processes and
best practices to drive sustainable customer growth.Grow community
--- Drive participation, discussion and advocacy in the world---s
largest community for citizen developmentDesign integrated programs
for value realization, adoption and loyalty --- Build integrated
programs that that unite marketing and customer success tactics to
help customers demonstrate value --- and turn our customers into
loyal brand and product enthusiastsDrive upsell of products &
services --- Help customers discover new products and services to
get the most out of the Quickbase platformEnable product-led growth
--- Partner with the product team to utilize our product experience
to drive adoption, build loyalty and upsell new products and
servicesCreate and amplify advocates --- Find, engage and amplify
advocates in accounts and in the market, including users, business
leaders and CXOsCustomer communications --- Ensure consistent,
productive communication across channels and the customer journey
to create impactful and delightful customer experiencesCustomer
advisory boards --- Establish, grow and engage customer advisory
boardsQualifications:5 years of cross-functional marketing
leadership experience within a high-growth software companyDeep
understanding of core customer marketing disciplines, including how
to drive adoption, loyalty, upsell and advocacyExperience building
software communitiesTechnical aptitude to enable product-led
growthStrong accountability for generating revenue and not just
leadsBackground with growth strategies in B2B SaaSAbility to write,
oversee, and edit impactful copyKnowledge of the Sirius Decisions
PMM and campaigns practices preferredBA/BS requiredWe are committed
