We're looking for a Data Governance & Enrichment leader to help evolve how we manage and enrich inbound marketing activity with the goal to get these leads worked by a HubSpot seller as efficiently as possible. This is a newly created position, reporting directly to the Global Director of Sales Operations, that will hire and lead a team of technical data analysts and while working cross functionally to develop systemic, scalable business & operational processes that increase efficiency across HubSpot---s GTM teams. You will help to define strategic system enhancements and programs to enable & accelerate Sales growth and improve sales rep productivity.In this role, you---ll get to:Establish data governance and data stewardship programs for HubSpot---s customer and prospect data to maximize value for HubSpot sellersMaximize processes and strategies to ensure HubSpot---s systems are assigning leads to the right seller based on a world class enrichment process and dataWork closely with the business teams to understand improvement requests/requirements and project manage them with cross functional stakeholders.Hire team of analysts to ensure continual process improvement and uncover new opportunities for efficiency and data accuracyEstablish a high standard of data quality and real time updates, consistent with HubSpot---s overall positioning in the marketContinuously integrate commercial datasets into our product framework to leverage for gains on enrichment accuracy and coverage (match rate). Identify areas for standardization and simplification across data sources.Design and implement policies, protocols and systems to improve productivity, generate efficiency, improve lead work rates, and generate revenueDrive Master Data Management strategy for our CRM and lead data; including implementation of the governance modelWe are looking for someone who:Brings a strong data driven approach to their role, and how they drive strategic changeHas high emotional intelligence - you have genuine empathy for others and maximize your impact through understanding the motivations of your team, and adapting your communication accordingly.
