You are the driving force in creating an environment where problems are gold and people are not afraid of using continuous improvement practices (Lean/Agile) as their standard way of working to achieve common organizational goals. You together with the stakeholders in the business will focus on creating "a place where failure is accepted as a learning step." -You will work with Hospital Patient Management Business to define and execute the Business Transformation strategy, including selection of target areas, priority setting and effective execution. You have to become the trusted business partner for the senior leaders and people managers within the businesses to enable them to accelerate the transformation journey with their teams. You do this in a constructive manner by challenging the status quo, coaching teams and leaders in applying the Philips Excellence principles and tools (e.g. daily management, problem solving, Kaizens, Agile/ SAFe, Project management, change management).You are responsible for (but not limited to)You are an A player, the driving force which create the culture and capability of continuous improvement across the Hospital Patient Monitoring Business using known methodologies of Lean, Philips Change and Project Management methodology. As Ambassador of the Philips Excellence principles and tools you will inspire and work together with the teams in the businesses to improve ways of working, eliminate waste and solve real business problems delivering real, tangible and sustainable business results.This means you:Are passionate to fully serve the consumer and customer and always outperform competition.Take the lead to design, develop, and implement the lean improvement roadmap for businesses and cluster-driven programs, linked to the Connected Care strategic priorities.Assess key business metrics and situations from a "Leader's" point of view and engage with the management team members and their teams helping them to find opportunities where Lean (Philips Excellence capabilities) can be used to improve such metrics and situations.Support the businesses and cluster-driven programs in resolving issues, using the known Philips Excellence ToolsCoach employees in applying the Philips Excellence Tools (incl.
