Today this team has a tremendous impact on our business and front line employees, and the right leader will help to increase the team's impact. We're looking for someone to: 1) Lead a group of UXers who build products that power HubSpot's business 2) Develop a vision for translating our product offerings to enterprise customers 3) Collaborate with peers and leaders throughout the business. This requires close partnership with internal customer service, sales, partner, and revenue operations teams.Partner tightly with core Product teams and go-to-market teams to coordinate priorities and timelines for delivery to the business.Partner with research leads to develop quarterly research roadmaps, supporting evaluative and generative research cycles and prioritizing the most impactful learnings for our product and their partner GTM teams.Set expectations to hold teams accountable to a high bar of usability and product quality. dentifying product quality metrics and implementing a consistent cadence of measurement.Execute on a team scaling plan in collaboration with recruiting, senior UX leaders, and partners in Product & Engineering.
