to shape the future of---Cloud Security.---This role is
focused---on creating a new product line up that extends---the
value of---Azure Security Center,---Azure Defender, and Azure
Sentinel---to include---new cloud-native security capabilities.---

strategically around product definition and drive excellence

ability to translate individual customer needs into requirements

-ResponsibilitiesCustomer and market insight: Uses defined sources
and own judgment to generate customer/partner and competitor
insights.Feature specifications: Creates, evolves, and communicates
feature specifications that align to the vision and enable
engineering peers to conduct their workflows.Manage the delivery of
mission-critical products and programs from inception to market
launch and general availability -Education and adoption: Produce
demos and trainings for internal stakeholders and partners. -Work
with customers to pilot products and collaborate with teams to
build effective go-to-market strategies for these offerings
-QualificationsRequired -Qualifications: -Bachelor and/or graduate
degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or
equivalent5+ years of experience in bringing software
products/services to market. -4+ years of experience working with
cloud technologies -Experience in product management in software
companies with a proven track record of delivering scalable
consumer productsPreferred -Qualifications: -Motivated by a
secure-by-design mentality to put customer's security needs at the
forefront of product developmentExcellent written and verbal
communication/presentation skills through all levels of the
organization, technical and non-technicalAbility to learn quickly,
and the temperament to lead a change in direction when needed along
with strong project management, leadership, and cross-group
collaboration skillsPrevious experience of working closely with
designers to build great user experiencesDemonstrated ability to
think creatively and critically about product features,
architectures, and capabilities coupled with excellent
problem-solving skills and ability to think strategicallyPassion
for understanding customer workloads and new technologyProven
ability to prioritize, plan, and executeDemonstrated record of
self-directed execution even when faced with ambiguityAbility to
learn from setbacks and incorporate feedback with a growth
mindsetAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government
security screening requirements are required for this role. These
requirements include but are not limited to the following
specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud
background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
