fairer future for all.The Program Manager will be: Working directly
with the Connected Care head of marketing and leadership team
members to drive projects, programs, and initiatives towards
marketing excellence.You are responsible for:Strong project
management and project leadership capabilities with the ability to
drive groups in a collaborative way with courteous aggressive
action. Microsoft excel and project skills are critical.Organizing
meetings and driving content strategy, presentations, preparation
and follow-up for Connected Care marketing and leadership meetings
for the globe.Building the culture of Connected Care marketing
around the globe including organizing knowledge-sharing communities
and opportunities for best practice identification and employee
recognition.Serve as key contact for global MI&A responsible
for market and client-in knowledge of the evolving healthcare
technology marketplace in key markets around the world.Supporting
strategic annual strategic planning for the function, bridging
between teams across Connected Care.Driving internal and external
communications from head of marketing.Developing strategic
presentations and storytelling for Connected Care marketing
including content engagement for key annual market-facing and
internal events.A high visibility role within an environment
focused on growth and a genuine desire to improve with support from
all levels of the organization.Fostering excellent cross functional
communications and integrating the work of multiple stakeholders to
achieve business objectives.Managing conflict and driving team
collaboration to achieve project results.Acting independently to
determine and implement methods and procedures of new or special
assignments.Being viewed project stakeholders as an accessible and
dependable resource.Taking ownership and displaying a positive and
inspiring attitude to encourage fellow employees.Engaging in
understanding and executing the organization strategy.Serving as a
strong advocate and high-visibility champion and bridge-builder for
the Philips brand and Connected Care solutions and leadership.You
are part of: Connected Care Marketing To succeed in this role,
you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following:Ability to
write and edit with speed, accuracy, and knowledge of AP
style.Advanced presentation and PowerPoint skills with personal
interest in continuous learning and mastery of the art of
storytelling. Presentations are a key vehicle for communications at
Philips.Visual facilitator or willingness to learn the practice of
visual facilitation.Strategic planning skills especially planning
across disparate groups with interlocking goals and KPIs.Strong
project management skills with the ability to handle multiple
deadlines at once. Microsoft Excel (advanced) skills are critical
as well as Microsoft Project skills (proficient).Successful
experience working with internal and external agency
resources.Ability to be hands on in guiding, developing, and
editing compelling messaging and content to specific audiences and
segments.Ability to organize and lead sessions for groups big and
small and organize and prepare compelling content for internal and
external events.Ability to dive in and learn Connected Care
solutions and strategies so you can represent the organization's
goals and client-first capabilities in all you do.Ability to work
with little supervision and make decisions independently based on
thorough understanding and analysis of business objectives.Ability
to work cross-functionally and globally, identifying synergies
between teams.Experience working in an international environment
with diverse stakeholders and collaboration schedules.Experience
and educationBachelor's degree in marketing, communications,
journalism, health administration or similar. Master's degree a
plus.Healthcare technology B2B marketing experience
required.Minimum of 5+ years in marketing, communications or
strategic business roles directly supporting executive
stakeholders.Ability to travel up to 15%.Ability to work early
(6:30 or 7:30 am) for meetings with global markets.Ability to work
some on weekends in a flexible capability (remotely) as
required.Hybrid role location between home office and Cambridge,
Massachusetts office.US work authorization is a precondition of
