Job Description:
The Director of Digital Demand Generation and Global Campaigns
is responsible for orchestrating and overseeing the company's
global campaign planning, execution, and optimization processes. As
a senior member of the team, you'll be responsible for scaling
Recorded Future's digital demand generation function and delivering
results aligned to the company's corporate strategy and pipeline
generation goals. This person will lead a team that executes
marketing campaign plans and will work cross-functionally and
across regions to ensure that all contributors are aligned on
audience, messages, assets, channels and schedule for integrated
campaigns. - What you'll do as Director, Demand Generation & Global
Campaigns:
- Build and scale a campaign Center of Excellence function,
comprising both internal and external resources, including
capabilities for campaign strategy, development and execution.

- Leading by example, managing and motivating a high-performing
demand generation team, meeting the company's requirements of
today, while planning for future growth. -
- Define global marketing campaign strategy, framework and
implementation processes to drive efficiency, collaboration,
quality execution, and optimal results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to
build out campaign themes, messaging, and offers that resonate with
target audience segments; advise on marketing mix and campaign
elements/investments.
- Work with the marketing operations team to measure campaign
performance; track and report on campaign and program metrics;
conduct ROI analysis to determine the effectiveness of all
marketing programs; and continually adjust to improve performance.

- Ensure that the global sales team is informed and equipped to
follow up on marketing-generated leads; track and continually
optimize to improve conversion
- Be the champion who drives the cross-functional team to meet
its weekly, monthly and quarterly pipeline generation goals. -
- Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring that investments
are producing results; and continually adjust as necessary. What
you'll bring as Director, Demand Generation & Global Campaigns:
- 10+ years experience driving integrated, multi-channel
marketing campaigns for a B2B SaaS company
- 5+ years people management and team leadership experience to
motivate staff and create a positive and productive work
environment -
- Solid understanding of all digital channels, including email,
ABM, paid search, paid social, and content syndication
- Strong analytical skills and track record of making data-driven
decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future
investments; ability to translate data into ideas
- Strong fluency in G-Suite, marketing automation, ABM and CRM
systems such as HubSpot, 6Sense and Salesforce.com
