Job Description:
Reporting to our VP of Revenue Operations, the Sr. Director of
Revenue Enablement will create and implement global sales
enablement strategies, methodologies, processes, systems, and
infrastructure to increase the knowledge of all Recorded Future
products for employees, partners and customers.
This role is responsible for the performance, strategy, and
alignment of the Enablement function globally. You will develop a
deep understanding of our customers and partners to enable global
sales, develop and deliver impactful training content, and ensure
relevant learning is being implemented in the field. You will be
responsible for all training and development within the Revenue
org; from updating minor product changes through to the
implementation of entirely new sales approach and methodology.

What you'll do as Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement
- Develop, help execute, and measure the implementation of
strategic sales initiatives
- Increase first year sales productivity and decrease time to
full productivity
- Help develop and deliver frontline manager enablement programs
to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools
required to lead their sales teams effectively
- Act as a 'change agent' to systematically drive and implement
process changes through the global sales organization and business
as a whole in support of identified objectives
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of sales programs and
initiatives collaborating with the global sales and sales
leadership team through data and analytics
- Ensure alignment in our go-to-market motion and consistent
deployment and usage of prescribed sales methodology
- Work with Information Technology and Revenue Operations to
unify processes and systems that drive the delivery of sales
enablement tools -
- Responsible for ensuring that we have a best-in-class
onboarding training experience.
- Responsible for development and deployment of ongoing training
to maintain and increase ongoing sales productivity. -
- Demonstrated strategic planning skills and ability to
operationalize strategy into practice through qualitative and
quantitative feedback loops
- Metrics-driven mentality with focus on business outcomes and
continual improvement
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with product,
marketing, revenue operations and finance teams to create impact
and translate business objectives to actionable and measurable
strategies
What you'll bring as Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement
- 5+ years directly designing and developing sales enablement
programs in B2B selling, preferably in SaaS environment
- Experience establishing and leading a sales enablement team in
a global, fast-paced environment
- Successful track record of maximizing data and analytics to
understand performance and improve results
- Demonstrated experience delivering, managing & measuring sales
enablement projects and programs
