provide legal and business expertise in the evaluation,
development, and negotiation of commercial transactions, contracts,
proposals, and quotes while ensuring compliance with current
policies and procedures and minimizing contractual risk. You will
also ensure our North American Market (NAM) Contracts Center of
Excellence (CoE) team utilizes our Master Data systems and
processes, including our Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
at an optimal level in daily operations.In this role, you will be
part of a team reporting to the Senior Manager of Contract
Management - Sales and Service, you will work with a team of other
Contracts Managers (CMs) and interface with Legal, Risk, Finance,
Sales, the Global Business Services team as well as other internal
Philips's customers and negotiate directly with external
customers.You are responsible for Utilizing workflow tools and
process, execute systematic administration of contract (creation,
logistics tracking and archiving) -Creating contract solutions that
minimize risk and provide value to Philips and customersWorking
with field personnel and internal departments to evaluate and
negotiate contracts for sales of Philips portfolioRecommending and
implementing improvements of policies and process that will ensure
that proposals and contractual documents are aligned with company's
business controls, policies and procedures -Advising field teams
and management of contractual rights, obligations, and provide
interpretation of terms and conditions identifying solutions
-Leading multiple projects across markets with the goal of contract
master data management, and contract template design. Activities
include managing to project scope, forecasting resources, and
status reporting to internal service line leadershipLeveraging LEAN
methodologies, high attention to detail, and proficiency with CLM
tools, understanding of the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and
its application in contract managementRecommending and implementing
improvements of policies and process that will ensure that
proposals and contractual documents are aligned with company's
business controls, policies and procedures -Draft training
materials and facilitating sessions for training and onboarding CoE
team members onto our CLM/AI solutionCollaborate with CMs to
support their daily evaluation and negotiation of contracts for
sales/service (i.e., capital, consumables, Software as a Service
(SaaS), service, consulting, etc.) as well as drafting and
finalizing other related documentsInteract closely with internal
technical resources and CoE leadership to ensure data migrations
are architected Understanding the content of the contracts and
driving related actions (e.g. fulfillment, invoicing) across all
channels and ensure accuracy of calculations and payments within
contractual terms and conditionsFacilitate Contract Performance
Monitoring. Evaluate and communicate gaps between current contract
value and required contract value to meet business goalsSupporting
in compliance auditsContract review and control process - review
sales contract completeness and approve sales contractsCooperate
with sales support, order management, project manager and other
functional groups to ensure efficiency and consistency in contract
fulfillment and execution. Evaluate and Monitor Contract
