growth throughout the customer lifecycle. You will help build,

business acumen, and operational focus.As an Engagement Manager-
Financial Services, you will be responsible for:Taking ownership
for managing financial services accounts and playing a trusted
advisor role in ensuring customer satisfactionServing as a subject
matter expert to technically manage Akamai web performance and
security solutions for customersDefining an account strategy,
establishing key relationships, and building and maintaining a
project pipelineLeading a cross functional team and developing a
culture of excellence to empower and encourage team
synergyPartnering with sales and pre-sales, making recommendations
for customers to expand use of our services and solutionsDo what
you loveTo be successful in this role you will:Have 2 years of
relevant experience and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science,
MIS, Engineering or its equivalentDemonstrate experience in a
customer-facing role and an understanding of the consulting process
to ensure customer successHave project management experience
delivering large technical customer projects successfullyBe
familiar with web development technologies, methodologies and
languages such as HTTP or DNSDemonstrate good written, verbal and
presentation skills including communicating complex technical
content to a range of audiencesWork in a way that works for youWe
recognize that the way in which people want to work and deliver at
their best can vary for each person.This is a flexible role and may
be performed at your home and/or the local Akamai office (in the
