That's why we need you, to help us tackle increasingly complex challenges posed by ever evolving health and well-being needs. -In this role, you have the opportunity to make life betterAs a R&D Program Manager, HealthSuite Platform Operations this role is responsible for leading the execution of cross-functional Engineering and Operations Projects.You are responsible forManaging for medium to large Projects which require significant cross-functional involvement and may include also leading external resources in the execution of a given Project. Developing and managing project plans, including scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, and communication, to HealthSuite Operations Leadership and Senior Leadership. Defining and maturing technology based program to align with the overall strategic direction of the organization.Actively evaluating project for opportunities to improve performance; continuously monitoring risk and mitigating as appropriate.Providing daily direction and guidance to team members in the execution of the Project and building key relationships with team members, customers and suppliers as needed to execute the Projects.Escalating cross-functional support issues on Projects when necessary.Product program level reports for management stakeholders.You are a part of Philips HealthSuite Platform (HSP) organization, where we are powering the next generation of connected health applications.To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following - - -Bachelor's degree within Engineering or technical background preferred3+ year's experience leading complex projectsExperience managing medium to large Projects which require significant cross-functional interactions technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systemUnderstanding of Cloud technologies, infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and Operational Support for Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS)Involvement and may include also leading external resources in the execution of a Project. Developing and managing project plans, including scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, and communication, to HealthSuite Operations Leadership and Senior Leadership.
