Cambridge Mobile Telematics (CMT) is on a mission to make the

Program Management group is the relationship management partner for
our clients during the course of their partnership with CMT. You
will be the primary point-of-contact for clients in the
implementation phase, starting from the signing of a project
contract all the way through to final implementation and ensuring
post-release success (in partnership with Customer Success and
Sales).CMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and
creative Program Manager I who wants to join us in making roads
safer by making drivers better!Responsibilities:Help kickoff,
manage, and deliver client programs on time and within budgetAct as
the primary point of contact for any individual, internal or
external, with questions regarding a client accountBe the liaison
between our clients and our engineers, QA, and product managersHelp
define implementation requirements and timelines, communicating
with other groups within CMT on features and changes needed, and
delivering a final product to our clientsPartner with Customer
Success and Sales to help with the sustainment and growth of the
client's user base through Quarterly Program ReviewsWork closely
with Customer Success and Sales to ensure client engagement - by
monitoring and reporting to client specific business metrics that
CMT monitorsComplete any additional tasks that may arise
Qualifications:Bachelors/Masters Degree with 0-3+ years of
applicable experienceProven track record of driving several,
sophisticated programsDemonstrated success working across teams
with the ability to synthesize what may appear to be contending
priorities.Tight-knit collaboration, planning, influencing,
prioritization, and time management skills.Compensation:Competitive
