Account ManagementCambridge, MA, USAWe are looking for a
strategic, results-driven Principal Manager of Partner Success to
lead our Americas Partner Success segment. Our Partner Success
teams mission is to deliver an extraordinary experience that helps
our partners deliver successful services that turn customer
opportunities into outcomes. Our Channel Consultants (CCs)
coordinate the post-sale experience for HubSpot partners, enabling
them to service HubSpot customers and help them achieve their
desired outcomes and grow. CCs do this by driving product
knowledge, enabling resources, proactively managing risk, and
identifying opportunities for new products and services in their
partners book of business.As the Principal Manager, you will manage
4 Managers as they coach and develop a team of world-class CCs,
approximately 30 individual contributors. In your role, youll be
responsible for customer retention and growth in a high-performing,
results-driven organization. In addition, you will work closely
with leadership on regional and global initiatives, and help drive
the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your segment.This is a
multi-faceted role that role will be a mix of people, program, and
results management, including:Being ultimately accountable for the
revenue retention and growth of your segment of customersHiring,
coaching and developing a group of high-performing managers and
their teamsOwning the engagement of partners and their influence on
retention, and growth of the portfolio of customersAnalyzing
customer and team performance data to make informed decisions about
operational and procedural changes.Partnering with leadership on
the greater vision and strategy for the CC team, proactively
identifying areas for innovation and improvement to help drive
significant and sustained year-over-year growthActing as an
advocate for partners and customers and serve as an escalation
point for customer satisfaction issuesGrowing strong internal
relationships across Sales, Support, Product, and other departments
to drive resultsOwning and managing important global,
cross-functional initiativesWe are looking for an individual who:Is

behalfWith the following demonstrable skills and experience:4+
years of management experience, experience managing managers is
valuable but not a requirementProven leadership ability to coach,
influence, develop, motivate and empower employees to achieve their
best while maintaining high employee moraleExtensive experience in
a client services roleA demonstrated track record of hitting your
goals and aligning a team around key growth metricsAbility to
communicate effectively in small and large groupsSelf-motivated,
decisive, and experienced in change managementExperience working
effectively with all levels of managementProven track-record
leading initiatives across multiple functionsAbility to use data to
analyze results and make data-driven decisions to identify and
implement new opportunities to drive customer successWe know
