Job Description:

Partner with, influence, and advise senior executives in making strategic decisions related to the overall business and their respective business functions. Design and lead project-related activities in the areas of strategy development and strategic planning, competitive differentiation, operating models, and M&A and strategic partnerships. Develop thought-partner relationships with executives and managers to serve as platform for strategic advice and future career development.Responsibilities

• Serve as the Chief of Staff for "Global Leader, Energy Transition & Risk," managing the effective engagement of Global Risk Strategy (GRS) leaders, and establishing governance structures which ensure connectedness of the Energy leaders across GRS.
• Works with the regional Energy Industry leads to drive global value propositions for respective regions, and leads collaboration to create and refine analytics, data reporting, and technology solutions that enable segment strategy and priorities.

• Partners with contacts in underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to develop dashboards and necessary portfolio analysis to support the Global Leader, Energy Transition & Risk.
• Works with "Head of Underwriting Planning, Performance & Portfolio Management," and business partners and corporate reporting to enhance tools and reporting solutions (including Power BI, UWP, and Salesforce) to allow for incorporation of content into corporate sponsored solutions.
• Provides inputs to set Energy industry plan and guidelines to shape the plans of operating businesses.
• Responsible for the oversight of operational datasets program and producer management where applicable.
• Effectively prioritizes and executes key operational initiatives across the businesses with a strong project management discipline while championing our Liberty Values & Guidelines to drive employee engagement, best-in-class service, productivity, and profitability.
• Supports Global Leader, Energy Transition & Risk with monitoring and reporting progress across organization.
• Produces and leads executive-level communication pieces, both internal and external.
• Supports development of aligned infrastructure to achieve global Energy strategy and proactively allocate or reallocate resources needed to execute strategies. Support Energy strategic initiatives, ensuring quality of work and proper communication among key stakeholders.
