Triumvirate Environmental, Inc., the Somerville, Massachusetts-based multinational environmental services company, is searching for its new Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Triumvirate has experienced rapid growth and is searching for a leader who can not only keep up with a high volume of recruitment and retention efforts, but also strategically position the talent acquisition team to remain on the cutting edge of those expectations through branding, top of the line systems, and clearly articulated recruitment goals. The VP of Talent Acquisition will be a strong and seasoned leader with an understanding of what it takes to recruit and retain top talent from a variety of fields and backgrounds into an expanding company. The organization regularly hires talent with varying degrees of experience and education, ranging from no degree to those with advanced degrees for roles throughout the many organizational hubs. As Triumvirate continues to expand its reach across the US, Mexico, and Canada, the VP of Talent Acquisition will be expected to recruit for those market needs and work closely with the VP of Human Resources and the general managers at each site to understand those differing needs.
