Job Description:
Associate Director - Program Manager
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling of the MAS-IEGP Council or its
equivalent, and assist in the generation of the agenda and
subsequent tracking and implementation of action items.
- Coordinate scheduling of the Asset IEGP Operational Reviews or
its equivalent, and assist in the generation of the agenda and
subsequent tracking action items.
- Coordinate scheduling and backgrounder documentation for IEGP
project financial reviews including meeting management and
facilitation to the Director Strategy and Evidence.
- Assist in the development, alignment, and implementation of
strategic goals and long-range plans to achieve operational
excellence. Provide day-to-day contact on project status and
changes.
- Develop and maintain Global Medical Affairs portfolio views to
key milestones and risks for Globally funded projects
- Work with regional and global partners to ensure system data
are up to date to inform regular reporting to executive
management
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Proactive and detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to
manage work priorities and follow tasks through
completion.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate several activities and
stakeholders including external partners, if relevant.
- Knowledge and/or experience with the management of clinical
trials a requirement.
- Knowledge on Medical Affairs initiatives and goals a
plus
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, along with technical
and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to communicate and present complex issues in a
simple and concise manner to project teams as well as leadership
teams.
- Quick learner, goal oriented, and results driven with excellent
problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues
appropriately
- Embraces technology solutions and has proficiency in Microsoft
PowerPoint, Teams and Excel
- Familiarity with project management software tools,
methodologies, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined
scope, budget, and timeline
Qualifications:
--- 3-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
--- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
--- Familiarity with project management software tools,
methodologies, and best practices
--- Analytical capabilities
--- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
--- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined
scope, budget, and timeline
--- Proficient in English. Salary $175,000 a year
