Job Description:
Seeking a licensed PTA to provide direct physical therapy rehab
under the supervision of a licensed PT. Offer in-house rehab
programs within a supportive environment and access to ongoing
education and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include
implementing treatment plans, charting accurately, and
collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Must be proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and email, with a minimum of one year
post-acute care experience preferred. Requires good body mechanics,
patient confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to make
independent decisions. Additional duties include community health
involvement, assisting with patient evacuation, and maintaining
compliance with laws and company policies. Must demonstrate
excellent customer service, dependable attendance, and effective
communication skills.
