Role OverviewSodexo is seeking a Child Nutrition General Manager
for our K12 school account in Medford, Oregon. The ideal candidate
will have strong hands-on operational experience, be accessible to
staff, delegate responsibilities effectively, and track team
development progress. A valid driver's license is required, and K12
experience with NSLP is preferred. At Sodexo, we deliver food,

- Oversee day-to-day operations, managing employees both on-site
and remotely;
- Deliver high-quality food service;
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
- Develop strategic plans;
- Create a positive environment; and/or

- Strong employee engagement leadership skills, supervisory

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional

- Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS), The
Market Connection (TMC), proficiency in computer skills, and report
