Role OverviewSodexo is seeking a Child Nutrition General Manager for our K12 school account in Medford, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on operational experience, be accessible to staff, delegate responsibilities effectively, and track team development progress. A valid driver's license is required, and K12 experience with NSLP is preferred. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. • Oversee day-to-day operations, managing employees both on-site and remotely;
• Deliver high-quality food service;
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• Develop strategic plans;
