Our perks include a competitive benefits package, access to world-class doctors, and more. The Chief of Staff acts as a strategic adviser to the President and senior management team. This person is a partner, confidante and sounding board for the President to help navigate strategic issues, troubleshoot areas of risk, create a high performing organization and focus all levels of the company on the effective execution of strategic initiatives. The Chief of Staff also supports the President in strengthening the visibility, favorability and integration of AllWays Heath within the Mass General Brigham enterprise.

  • Act as a thought partner to the President to ensure that strategic goals and objectives are being achieved.
  • Assist the President in focusing the organization on key priorities.
  • Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions.
  • Critically assess opportunities and risks to ensure well informed decisions .
  • Lead the development of materials for the Board of Directors by working with the President, Chief Strategy & Marketing Office, the AllWays Health Partners Board of Directors Chair, and executive team and interface with other key members of the Board of Directors on a variety of items on an as-needed basis.
  • Create and maintain Key Performance Indicators (dashboard) for the business, tracking and monitoring the progress against those KPIs.
  • Be the strategic lead on high-profile cross-organizational initiatives, as determined by President.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to oversee preparation of briefing materials for the President on specific issues and projects.
  • Manage the Executive Committee meeting agendas in collaboration with the President and Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, ensuring that topics are timely/relevant, materials are sent in advance, time is well spent and objectives are achieved.
  • Meeting preparation and follow up: review upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the President has all the information needed to be as productive as possible and send out agendas or documents to meeting attendees as necessary.
  • Partner and work closely with the President and MGB Community Division Leaders to help align AllWays Health Partners and MGB value-based care strategic goals and objectives.
  • Partner and support the President and other Executive Committee members on corporate strategic initiatives within AllWays Health Partners and MGB value based care Community Division.
  • Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
  • Sponsor and lead the organizations' s DE&I Committee to improve the lives of our employees, partners, providers and members in order to ensure the best experience and health outcomes for all-regardless of race, religion, nationality, country of origin, gender identity, sexuality or disability status.
  • Persist in accomplishing objectives to consistently achieve results despite any obstacles and setbacks that arise.
  • Build strong relationships and infrastructures that designate AllWays Health Partners as a people-first organization. Knowledge and Education:
    • Master's Degree or the equivalent combination of training and experience, plus 15 years of related experience. Preferred/Desired:
      • 15+ year of executive level experience Required:
        • 15+ years of experience at a health plan or an integrated payer/provider health system. Skills/Competencies:

          • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
          • Ability to work in cross functional teams and relate/connect workstreams and departments together
