Nursing and Rehab Center is currently looking to hire an
experienced MDS Nurse to join their team. This position will work
collaboratively with the MDS Director and other facility leadership
to ensure accurate clinical reimbursement and documentation. This
community is just over 150 beds and has a great case mix including
Long-term Care, Post-Acute, Memory Care, from a variety of payer
sources.This is a full-time position (32-40 hours/wk) that will pay
very well for a RN or LPN with recent clinical reimbursement
