Job SummaryMass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Surgery ICU. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients on the intermediate cardiovascular and surgical division
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomesRequirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
  • Current Cardiac Surgery ICU, VAD, Heart Transplant experience required
