About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Dialysis RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing hemodialysis in our state-of-the-art settings.Key Responsibilities

• Provide hemodialysis care to acute and chronic patients in our 11-station unit and beside treatments in the ICUs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare teams.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.Requirements
  • Current MA RN licensure required.
  • Hemodialysis or inpatient nursing experience required.
