About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Resource Team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients on all our in-patient units, as well as at the Clinical Evaluation Center.This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to care for patients with diverse needs and backgrounds. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to patients on all our in-patient units and at the Clinical Evaluation Center.
• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
• Participate in leading patient groups and providing education to patients and their families.
• Supervise Mental Health Workers and provide direction and guidance as needed.Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to utilize the nursing process and work collaboratively.
