About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at Massachusetts General Hospital. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a safe and efficient operating room environment.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care
• Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement in the operating room
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teamsRequirements
  • Current Massachusetts RN license
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a surgical or trauma setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
