Pride Health is hiring a RN Oncology to support our client's medical facility in Burlington, MA 01805. This is a 13-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!Job Summary: --- RN Oncology. 36 hours per week (3x12s, Days: 7 am to 7 pm, every other weekend) --- ASN required --- Current MA RN License, ONS chemotherapy biotherapy administration card required --- BLS (AHA)RN Oncology: --- Assesses and evaluates patient data related to the behavioral, physical, physiologic, and psychosocial status of the patient utilizing interview, observation, and physical examination via in person and communication technologies. --- Executes nursing interventions across the care continuum in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, incorporating appropriate standards of care and practice and promoting positive patient outcomes by incorporating their cultural, spiritual, and other belief systems. --- Evaluates patient's response to plan of care and research. --- Identifies learning needs of the patient and families and educates by adapting to patient and family learning style utilizing the teach-back method.Experience required: --- 3 to 5 years of Oncology inpatient experience. --- 2 yrs must be MS/Tele in Trauma Level 1 Facility.Additional Information: --- Location: Burlington, MA 01805 --- Job Duration: 13 Weeks Contract --- Shifts: 36 hours per week (3x12s, Days: 7 am to 7 pm, every other weekend) --- Weekly Travel Pay: $2500/week to $2625/week*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
