Occupational Therapist Role $2,000-$2,100 per week Occupational Therapist (OT) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Are you an Occupational Therapist passionate about enhancing the quality of life for others? Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess residents' functional abilities and therapy needs. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their therapy goals. - Provide therapeutic interventions focused on improving daily living, mobility, and functional skills. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. - Accurately document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.
