License: Active nursing license in the applicable state.

Must-Have: - Proven critical care experience. - Advanced
hemodynamic monitoring skills. - Experience with ICP monitoring. -
Familiarity with ventilated patients. - Knowledge of pressors,
inotropes, and vasoactive medications. - Proficiency in assisting
with line insertion and maintenance. - Competence in managing
lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients. - Experience
with ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, and external
ventricular drains. - Skills in PA lines and waveform
interpretation. Description: We are seeking an experienced
registered nurse specializing in critical care to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an intensive
care unit. Responsibilities will include the management of
surgical, trauma, neuro, plastics, multiple organ failure, and
sepsis patients. Candidates should possess strong skills in
advanced hemodynamic monitoring. Experience with ICP monitoring is
required. You will be responsible for the care of ventilated
patients, including the administration of pressors, inotropes, and
vasoactive medications. Assisting with line insertion and
maintenance is also a key part of this role. You should have
experience handling lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical
patients. Familiarity with ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, and
balloons is necessary. Proficiency in interpreting PA lines and
