Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Portsmouth, NH Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,290 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiac Medical Unit – New Hampshire Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend, or four-week rotation Highlights: 20-bed cardiac medical unit providing step-down care for cardiac patients, med/surg telemetry, and stroke overflow 5:1 patient ratio with strong team support including dedicated Charge Nurse, LNAs, and Unit Clerk Diverse case mix including CHF, COPD cardiac management, chest tubes, high-flow oxygen and BiPap, pacemakers, thoracentesis, peritoneal dialysis, and tracheostomies Meditech Expanse documentation system with modern equipment including IV pumps, Sara Steady lifts, high-flow systems, and BiPap Part of a STEMI-certified hospital, designated Stroke Center, and Level II Trauma Center Bedside shift rounds and handoff promote excellent communication and patient experience Requirements: Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility BLS and ACLS certifications required Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac patient care Experience with cardiac step-down or progressive care preferred Ability to manage complex cardiac patients including those with chest tubes, high-flow oxygen, and cardiac catheterization recovery (radial artery approach) Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a collaborative 4-RN team model in a well-resourced cardiac unit where you'll develop advanced skills in cardiac care while maintaining manageable patient ratios.
