Job Description ISC Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Windsor, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 11 weeks - 35 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Telemetry RN needed in Windsor, Vermont to provide safe, high quality care for medically complex patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. This role includes ongoing assessment, rhythm interpretation, medication administration, management of IV therapy and drips as ordered, timely documentation, and early recognition and escalation of changes in patient condition. You will collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team, support patient and family education, and help drive strong outcomes through consistent, patient centered care. Active VT RN license required (or eligible to obtain). Recent Telemetry experience preferred, with comfort reading rhythms and responding to cardiac and respiratory changes. BLS required and ACLS preferred unless otherwise specified by the facility. EMR documentation experience is a plus.
