Rate: 45.9 Requirements: Active RN license Behavioral
health/psychiatric experience preferred Strong assessment and
clinical judgment skills Effective communication and teamwork
abilities Knowledge of safety and crisis management protocols
Current CPR/BLS certification Responsibilities:: Provide direct
nursing care to behavioral health patients Assess, plan, implement,
and evaluate patient care Administer medications and monitor
responses Ensure patient safety and therapeutic environment
Document care accurately and timely Collaborate with
interdisciplinary treatment teams Follow organizational policies
