We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to help our patients achieve optimal functional outcomes by developing and restoring physical abilities and enhancing their quality of life. Assess patient conditions and needs to develop suitable therapy options. Plan and implement therapeutic activities fit for patient treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and ongoing management strategies. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Strong understanding of therapy principles and methods. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks. Proficient in using therapy equipment and tools. Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Vermont. NBCOT Certification preferred.
