Regular winner of Best of Gteater Nashua Role Description This is a full-time orthopedic position with roles located in Nashua and Merrimack. $83,000-$93,000/year Sign on bonus Retention bonus 4% 401k match Mentorship program available As part of the team at OPT: Orthopedic Physical Therapy, therapists will carry out daily responsibilities such as assessing client needs, creating tailored therapy plans, managing patient progress, and collaborating with both clients and the broader therapeutic team to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. The individual will play a critical role in providing hands-on support, maintaining detailed records, and enhancing patient experiences through professional expertise and compassionate care. Qualifications Strong skills in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and hands-on therapy delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and other healthcare team members. Proficiency in rehabilitation techniques, mobility improvement strategies, and pain management methods. Ability to conduct accurate documentation and maintain patient records. Commitment to teamwork, patient-centric care, and continuous personal and professional development. Relevant professional certifications, licenses, or degrees in physical therapy or related fields. Prior experience in orthopedic or outpatient therapy settings is preferred but not mandatory.
