Everett Hospital with an occasional possibility float to Somerville
Hospital Pediatrics(please review with candidate)\r\n8hrs
days/weekends as assigned\r\n\r\nJob Description: \r\nUnit: Rehab
\r\nShift: Full time days (NO block scheduling). Variable shifts
needed. Typically 8:30 3-5 days a week with later shifts needed on
outpatient joint replacement surgery days, typically 10-6:30 pm
would be latest shift. Some weekend shifts. No on call
requirement.\r\nFloating Required: Yes, Everett Hospital and
Somerville Hospital. Flexibility to cover evaluations that arise at
Somerville Hospital, which has inpatient behavioral health beds for
children and adolescents. This is unlikely to be a frequent
occurrence.\r\nMust work every major holiday.\r\n\r\nMUST be
competent to perform: PT evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations in
acute care environment.\r\nMust have acute care experience \r\nFlu
vaccine required during season \r\nScrub Color: Any color\r\nLevel
of Care: Inpatient/Acute care\r\nAge Group: Primarily adult &
geriatrics \r\n\r\nSubmission Requirements:\r\nCurrent PT license
in Massachusetts required at the time of submission. NPI number
required. \r\nUp to date resume that includes 1 year(s) of
experience in Physical Therapy. Willing to accept first time
travelers. \r\n2 recent Manager/Supervisor references matching
specialty\r\nSkills Checklist matching specialty\r\nDrivers
licenses with address that matches demographics\r\nCurrent AHA BLS
