Health is a growing private mental health practice dedicated to
delivering high-quality outpatient therapy and medication

can thrive and make a meaningful impact. Role Description This is a
full-time on-site role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker located in Greater
Boston. The successful candidate will provide individual, couples,
and family therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and engage in
case management as needed. Day-to-day tasks include assessing
client needs, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions,
and documenting progress. The counselor will collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and foster patient
growth. Counselor will also be responsible for supervising a pre-
licensed clinician. Qualifications Proficiency in Treatment
Planning and Case Management to ensure effective client care Strong
understanding of Mental Health and Psychology principles to provide
evidence-based interventions Experience in Relationship Counseling
and working with diverse populations Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with
clients and team members Master's degree in Counseling, Social
Work, or a related field required Active and valid state licensure
as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent in the
state of Massachusetts (Required) Commitment to ongoing
professional development and knowledge of current best practices in
