Job Description:

diligent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team.
In this role, you will be an essential part of our health care
delivery, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care
while aiding in their recovery and supporting their elder care
needs. Our centers are designed to provide a warm and supportive
environment, and we pride ourselves on enhancing the lives of every
person we touch. Provide nursing care to patients as prescribed by
a physician or as stated in the patient’s care plan. Administer
medications and document therapeutic effects. Take vital signs and
record daily health progress. Prepare and administer specialized
therapy or treatment as ordered. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to create a plan of care. Promote patients’
independence by involving them in decision making about their care,
encouraging and teaching families. Strong practical nursing skills.
Excellent patient management skills and empathy. Ability to work in
a fast-paced environment. Proficient in maintaining comprehensive
medical records. Adept in implementing and evaluating nursing care
plans. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid LPN license in the state of employment.
CPR/BLS certification required.
