What You'll Do: Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring regulatory compliance Coordinate and deliver staff orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education programs Monitor clinical competencies, in-services, and annual training requirements Assist with audits, quality improvement initiatives, and survey preparedness Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff across all shifts Participate in staffing, scheduling, and performance management as needed What You'll Need: Active, unencumbered MA RN license Active CPR certification Skilled nursing or long-term care experience Leadership or staff development experience Ability to read, write, and speak English Strong communication, organizational, and teaching skills Knowledge of state and federal regulations (CMS) Benefits Available for Qualified Positions: Comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, company-funded Life Insurance, and optional STD, LTD, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage.
